4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed either at our showroom or through a WhatsApp enquiry with our consultants. For made-to-order and indent items, a deposit is required to confirm your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates provided are best estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any changes to your expected delivery timeline.

6. Custom, Indent and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, indent and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed, except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered under the terms set out in our Warranty Policy.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xclusive Home Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
