Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery or collection. The item must be brand-new, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance and display units
• Indent, custom or made-to-order items
• Discontinued items
• Orders paid with vouchers

Fees

• Re-packaging fee: from $50
• Transport fee: $80
• Order cancellation: up to 50% administrative charge
• Restocking fee: $200, if the item is returned within 5 days of delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within up to 21 working days, less any applicable card or payment processing fees.
